Bike Carriers: Atera Duro (AR2000)

The Atera DURO is an award winning 3 bike carrier suitable for bolt on or swan neck tow bars. The bike carrying platform has a very robust ABS plastic cover to protect the bikes from dirt and damage – bikes get surprisingly dirty when transported behind the car, and are also vulnerable to damage from loose chippings etc. The amount of grot that covers your rear windscreen is small compared to the amount that will hit your bikes on all other tow ball mounted carriers. The cover also allows bikes of all sizes to be carried – there’s no possibility of children’s bikes falling through the wheel supports. The aluminium upright can quickly be dismounted for ease of storage by use of a special key.

It's supplied in a 2 bike version, with the 3rd bike adapter sold as an extra. A range of adapters is available for a variety of unusual tow bars.
