The Atera STABILO PLUS is a very robustly made carrier, suitable for bikes with downtubes of diameters 27mm to 50mm. It’s 190mm wide and can be fitted for loading either from the left or the right hand side. The locks are sold as an extra (2 identical locks, or 4 identical locks for two bike carriers) and lock the bike to the carrier, and the carrier to the bars. If you want a relatively indestructible carrier of the highest quality, at a mid market price, this ought to be the one. It can also be fitted to aluminium T-track aerobars (adapters supplied).
